Rating Definitions and Criteria

Rating definitions

• S+: Game-breaking characters that single-handedly warp the meta heavily.
• S: Meta defining characters that define their element.
• A: Strong characters that perform at least one role very well.
• B: Decent characters that are either overshadowed or have a limited spread of use-cases.
• C: Characters with limited uses.
• D: Characters with serious problems.
• Unranked: Recently released characters that haven't been ranked.

Criteria:

• Adventurers are assumed to be promoted to 5 and to have all unlocked mana circles.
• Adventurers are assumed to have an optimal dragon equipped.
• Adventurers are assumed to have access to a 5 high dragon weapon.
• Adventurers are organized solely by weapon type within each tier, not by effectiveness.
• Adventurers are compared within their own element first before being compared to Adventurers in other elements.
• Adventurers are assumed to be controlled by the player, AI is not taken into consideration.
• The content considered are Void Battles, Raid Events, Facility Events, The Mercurial Gauntlet, Astral Raids, High Midgardsormr's Trial, High Brunhilda's Trial, High Mercury's Trial, High Jupiter's Trial, and High Zodiark's Trial.

Version v3.0

The adventurer tier list has been redone from scratch in order to address the following issues:

• New weaponry has caused large changes in availability of weapon skills.
• The release of Expert and Master difficulty levels for High Dragon Trials.
• Consolidated the excessive amount of tiers at the bottom level.
• Healer column removed to support the new formatting.
• All healers reevaluated to focus on specific demand rather than healing output on paper.
