Halloween Elisanne | S | Attacker Support |
All | Elly boasts solid damage output through her Skill Damage passive and multiple attack skills, she also increases the entire team’s damage with strength buffs from her S1’s phases II and III, as well as healing the team on phase III. Her poor frame data on her attack skills holds her back, but she remains a staple in all light-advantaged content including High Zodiark, where her co-ability, damage, and healing are all greatly welcomed. |

Fleur | S | Attacker | High Zodiark | Fleur’s damage is extremely high, but is entirely reliant on paralysis which enables her S1 boosts and her Paralysis Punisher passive, so she shouldn’t be used versus enemies immune to paralysis. Fleur has an extremely strong niche versus High Zodiark, who starts with a 0% resistance to paralysis, which results in no problem inflicting paralysis over the course of the entire fight. As a bonus, Fleur’s S1 heals the party a small amount every 3rd use, which is welcome versus High Zodiark as he deals significant amounts of unavoidable damage several times over the fight. |

Albert | S | Attacker | All | Albert is obscenely powerful when he’s electrified, since he not only gains a large strength buff, but the damage of his S1 is boosted to very high levels. As a sword user with a Force Strike damage passive, he's also incredibly good at melting through overdrive bars by chaining the simple 1-2-FS combo. Albert is usable versus High Zodiark if you’re skilled enough to avoid extraneous hits and can rely on a Hildegarde to cleanse curse. As the fight has a very high DPS check, it’s not worth the opportunity cost to equip Heavenly Holiday for curse immunity as opposed to an offensive wyrmprint. |

Gala Prince | S | Attacker Support |
Raids | Gala Prince is a strong all-rounder that particularly excels in raids. His S1 provides massive buff fields, but it’s also the weakest attack skill in the game, is slow to charge, and it’s duration does not scale with boosts to buff time. However, it performs very well in raids as buff fields can buff other teams all well as your own. His S2 hits unbelievably hard on top of applying buffs, but is balanced by it’s glacially slow 60 second charge time. His passives and unique co-ability are geared towards shapeshifting, which further solidify his aptitude at raid-style content. He’s a viable pick for High Zodiark's Trial, and his Draconic Charge passive grants him an extra shapeshift at the start which lends to flexibility in handling fight mechanics. |

Annelie | A+ | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught Void Battles |
Annelie boasts a great Skill Damage passive, backed up by up to three damage skills when you factor in the core 5.3 light lance, and she’s constantly stacking up enough energy to trigger her own Energized: Strength without any help. She also can stun enemies for a lengthy 6-7 seconds with her S1, which is very valuable versus the Manticore and his 0% stun resistance. She’s held back somewhat by the downright glacial charge time on her 2nd skill and its lengthy animation. |

Yachiyo | A+ | Attacker | High Zodiark | Yachiyo has great damage output thanks to her Paralysis Punisher and Paralysis = User Strength passives versus enemies susceptible to paralysis, but she’ll seriously lag behind versus para immune enemies, and she doesn’t have the greatest choice in weaponry as the 5.3 Light blade has a middling self heal skill rather than a damaging one. Yachiyo is a great pick for High Zodiark’s trial as she brings a valuable co-ability and good damage output, and she can replace the disappointing core weapon with the High Zodiark’s Bane blade. Her S1’s long range excels at hitting multiple targets at once, which is very helpful when destroying flames, as she’s able to choose between hitting two at once or hitting Zodiark in addition to a flame. |

Summer Cleo | A+ | Attacker | High Zodiark | Summer Cleo’s kit is built around utilizing paralysis, requiring good paralysis uptime to function at all. While ranged adventurers need a very high level of investment to survive, Summer Cleo is a great choice for High Zodiark’s Trial, as he has a 0% resistance to paralysis and Cleo can easily maintain excellent damage output. |

Odetta | A+ | Attacker Support |
Imperial Onslaught Void Battles |
Odetta has multiple forms of team support through defense down, strength buffs, and healing. Unfortunately, her S2 is limited to buffing and healing only nearby allies, which isn’t always realistic outside of Mercurial Gauntlet, but has powerful applications in raid content as it can affect a huge number of adventurers. Overall, she’s quite a solid pick in a majority of content, outside of High Zodiark’s Trial, which forces Odetta to grapple both with curse and the positioning of her allies. |

Alfonse | A+ | Attacker Support |
All | Alfonse’s kit is simple, but effective. He applies a self strength buff every time he uses his S1, and his damage skills have above average frame data. His passive skills aren’t hugely exciting and he doesn’t have team support or utility, but he’s well rounded in varied light-advantaged content and his damage output is solid. Due to the highly demanding nature of High Zodiark’s Trial, Alfonse remains a borderline pick as he’s slightly outclassed by the paralysis-based DPS, and Zodiark’s massive HP bar doesn’t leave much wiggle room. |

Lucretia | A | Attacker Support |
None | Even without energy synergy on her teammates, Lucretia can easily reach five stacks of energy for herself to empower her next damage skill and trigger Energized = Strength. While her S1 hands out stacks of energy to the whole team, it suffers from a poor charge rate and bad frame data, which holds her back. Lucretia isn’t the best pick for High Zodiark’s Trial, as ranged adventurers need a very high level of investment to survive, and her damage output doesn’t justify the hassle. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Amane | A | Attacker | None | Amane has solid damage output in general, but she suffers from the extremely slow charge time on her S2, which doesn’t even have a strong impact when it finally sees use. Amane can utilize the HP buff on her S2 to more easily survive unavoidable damage in High Zodiark’s Trial, but she doesn’t deal enough damage to justify bringing to the fight. |

Xiao Lei | A | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught | Xiao Lei has a solid 20% Skill Damage passive and access to an excellent AoE attack skill from the 5.3 wand. In addition to this, her skills have fast animations, and her overall damage output is high, but her team critical rate/damage buff from her S2 lacks the needed synergy to truly shine, since there are no crit-centric light adventurers. She’s also missing a full ailment resistance on account of being a 3* adventurer. |

Summer Luca | A | Attacker | None | Summer Luca doesn’t have the strengths to excel, but he isn’t bad either. His damage output isn’t anything special without energy synergy, since the animation speed on his S1 is somewhat slow. His Extra Energy passive makes him a good pair with adventurers that apply energy to teammates, such as Lucretia. Overall, he’s a decently viable unit that could help fill out a team, but he won’t be the star. |

Beautician Zardin | A | Attacker | Void Battles Imperial Onslaught |
Beautician Zardin is an interesting character, with numerous strengths but not lacking in flaws. His most notable niche is inflicting long, repeated stuns in one use of his S2, making him a prime choice for fights like Raging Manticore Strike. Against enemies that resist stun, however, it's not worth using his S2 buff for damage, as the energy stacks don't justify sitting through the skill animation instead of attacking. Zardin is largely overshadowed by other Light-attuned attackers at his level, so he relies on his ability to chain multiple stuns to be valuable. |

Julietta | A | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught | Julietta’s bulk, Poison Res, and Slayer’s Strength allow her to easily demolish Shadow IO and facility events, but her damage output doesn’t excel vs a single target, which represents the vast majority of content the game has to offer. Her defensive buff and Last Regen make her very unlikely to die, but personal survivability is far less useful than team survivability, and the Light element is full of healing options. Julietta would shine in a style of quest featuring individual tanking, but that doesn’t match the design of the game’s content. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Ryozen | A | Support | High Zodiark | Ryozen outputs frequent defense buffs to the team, triggering his own Healing Doublebuff passive, but his own damage output is severely lacking. Ryozen can function well enough as a defensive support unit if his teammates equip Healing Doublebuff prints such as Odd Sparrows, and is viable in High Zodiark’s Trial over Hildegarde in specific compositions that can aid with survivability. |

Malka | B+ | Attacker Support |
Imperial Onslaught | Malka has okay damage output thanks to his decent skills, but he lacks notable passives and doesn’t have a specific niche in light-advantaged content. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Raemond | B+ | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught Void Battles |
Raemond appears underwhelming at first since he has bad passives and poor damage on his skills. However, the animation speed on both of his attack skills are excellent, salvaging his damage output. On top of that, his S1 can apply stuns, which are valuable versus the Raging Manitcore. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Fritz | B+ | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught Void Battles |
His damage is a bit low and he lacks multiple damage skills with which to make use of his Striker’s Skill. However, Fritz has utility value through stuns, which is notable in the void battle versus the Raging Manticore which has a 0% stun resistance. Unfortunately, he can’t activate his own Strength Doublebuff, and there’s a lack of good light adventurers that could activate it for him. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Linus | B | Attacker | None | His natural strength is low and his passive skills aren’t great, but he has two decent damage skills to help make up for it. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Halloween Edward | B | Attacker | None | Edward’s damage skills are somewhat mediocre, and his passives aren’t that exciting since he relies on maintaining full HP, but doesn’t excel in full HP environments such as Mercurial Gauntlet since his damage output isn’t high enough to justify using. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Rawn | B | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught Void Battles |
Rawn struggles with awkward passives since Striker’s Skill is difficult to proc using bows and Stunned Punisher isn’t a large increase to damage without further team synergy. However, his ability to stun is valuable versus the Raging Manticore, who has 0% stun resistance. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Luca | C | Attacker | None | Luca’s resistances are a mess and his Full HP = Strength passive can be unreliable, but he does have access to several attack skills and paralysis to salvage his damage output. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Malora | C | Attacker | Imperial Onslaught | She has Broken Punisher and lowers enemy defense slightly, but her own damage is a bit lacking since her skills don’t have good base damage. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Irfan | C | Attacker | None | Does unimpressive damage overall, and his small boost from Strength Doublebuff only comes into play with team synergy from other poorly rated units such as Hope and Ryozen. |
Lua error: Error: Table Adventurers not found..
Elias | D | Attacker Support |
None | Boasts the lowest natural strength in the game, as well as poor skills and passives. His Bane skill is currently a dead slot outside of event content. He also requires energy synergy, or his S2 is worthless since he won’t reasonably reach full energy stacks alone in most quests. |
