The prince and his allies arrive at Lake Reeve, a taboo place since ancient times. But when they head for a suspicious structure on the shore, they see a child standing dangerously close to a void dragon and move to help him.

With our advance on the capital delayed, we formed a search party to weed out my brother Phares and departed the Halidom. We moved east from New Alberia and soon arrived at Lake Reeve, just as my other brother Leonidas said we would. I have no idea what Phares is up to out here, but if it has to do with black mana... Then I WILL put an end to it! Lake Reeve

Dude, this lake is huuuuuuge! You didn't just prank ol' Notte and take me to the ocean, right? No, Notte. This is Lake Reeve. Though it looks nothing like how I imagined it. Wait, you've never been here? You sure seemed to know the place when Leonidas brought it up. Well, it's a fairly well-known place— I've just never had the occasion to visit. Lake Reeve has been a forbidden location since the time I served King Alberius. Why's that? Is it dangerous or somethin'? Uh, I got no idea about the olden days, but I'd definitely put THAT in the "dangerous" category... By the Goddess! What a monstrous building. The smoke rising from it seems ready to pierce the very heavens themselves... Plus, that part of the lake near it is no small potatoes when it comes to the freakout factor. We might be able to discover something in that building. Let's go over there and—  ! There's a void dragon here! Could this be Phares's work? Look there! In front of the dragon! ...... The hell's a little kid doin' there?! Come on, everyone! We have to help him!
