Summary

The tear between worlds is soon rent asunder, permitting Aspidochelone to appear. The prince and Aldred shapeshift and join forces, but only manage to push the fiend back. The only option left at that point is to enter the space between worlds and fight Aspidochelone there!

Dialogue

Graaargh! Taste the power of my loathsome dragon! Urooooargh...b...ther... Did that thing just...say something? Splendid! It seems I was not wrong in my assessment of your prowess, Prince. Somethin' stinks here. Why's this guy so happy when we just went and wiped the floor with his big ol' fiend? There is no gain in fixating on a tool that has served its purpose, yes? What do you mean? Behold! The tear in space has widened sufficiently! None can stop the advent of Aspidochelone now! A-an earthquake?! Aspidochelone comes! It comes! Good! We'll kick its stupid butt and send it packin'! Must you cling to this foolish hope? Hear its howl! Witness its majesty! Grrrruuuuoagh! And now, the great beast of calamity crosses between worlds! It's the size of a mountain...! I'm not certain Luca's plan of "sending it packing" is a feasible one. Okay, then what IS the plan?! Damn! Don't give up! We have to hold it off here! There ain't two choices— there's three. ...What? I didn't miss the fact that your little manticore dropped this. An otherworld fragment! Now we can enter the space between worlds and fight Aspidochelone there! Oh, I like the sound of that! Can your body take it, Aldred?
