Can this be edited to allow for a manual override of the Rarity field? Atm it's just using the rarity defined on the unit's page, which is good for a default, but not so much for when you'd want to show when a unit is promoted. FireElFlare (talk) 15:45, 14 March 2020 (UTC)

Would it be possible to modify this template to show level, augments, and mana circles/unbind similar to how the game does when applicable? Preferably all at once (there should be enough room at the bottom of the icon for both level and mana circles/unbind). I think Template:Image Overlay could be helpful in doing so, and we have and images for all 5 unbind stages, but idk how it'd work with Module:Icon. FireElFlare (talk) 16:15, 6 April 2020 (UTC)

• Just as Template:AdventurerIconWithRarity and Template:TL exist for specific use-cases of icon, Template:Icon is not really the place for stuff like this. It would be adding extra bulk (in processing speed slowdown at minimum) to one of the most heavily used templates across the wiki (frankly, it's already really bloated and inefficient as-is). Creating a new template such as "PersonalCollectionIcon" or the like would be fine as an alternative, and could be much simplified and more readable for the types of icons one would actually care about for a Personal Collection. -eave (talk)
