• Sharena is not a Dragalia Lost original character. She originates from Intelligent Systems' Fire Emblem video game franchise and first appears in the mobile game of the same franchise, Fire Emblem Heroes.
• Sharena is the first free event Adventurer to not require friendship points before she joins as a permanent ally. This may be a reference to her personality in Fire Emblem Heroes, where she is very eager to befriend any Hero she meets.
• When the shared skills feature was introduced, Sharena was the only free event Adventurer with a skill that could be shared.
• Unlike most Adventurers, Sharena does not say the names of her skills when she uses them. Instead, she says "Here I go!" when using Resplendent Slash and "There's my opening!" when using Luna. She shares this trait with the other Fire Emblem Heroes collab characters: Alfonse, Veronica, Marth, Fjorm, Peony, Chrom, and Tiki.
  • These quotes match two of her special trigger quotes in Fire Emblem Heroes.
• Sharena's skill Luna shares its name with a special in Fire Emblem Heroes and an equippable skill in the Fire Emblem series as a whole. It carries over its effect of reducing the enemy's defenses.
• The icon for Sharena's Supreme Last Devastation is styled after the Special skill icon from Fire Emblem Heroes.
• The symbols on the stone behind Sharena in her portrait resemble the summoning pillar in Fire Emblem Heroes.
• Sharena has a unique victory animation, where she will briefly jump into the air with her lance pointed diagonally down, in such a way to reference her attack art in Fire Emblem Heroes.
