You get your beauty sleep, and I'll be here aaaall night to make sure nobody disturbs you. *sigh* This is gettin' outta hand. We've only known each other two weeks, for cryin' out loud. Still no sign'a Chelsea, huh? No, and I've looked everywhere. Where could she have gone...? Sounds like she was pretty shaken when she heard ya didn't remember how you two met. Maybe there's some kinda clue in that? Maaaybe... She mentioned me helping her look for her parents, but there's no way I'd forget something like that. I had a look around Chelsea's room to see if there might be any clues. You find anythin'? Nothing that seemed like it might speak to her whereabouts. I did find these two dolls most curious, however. They look like sylvans... A man and a woman. ...Papa and Mama. *gasp* Is that what she meant...?! Mind fillin' us in there, pal? Right. Back before I ever came to the Halidom, I was doing an errand for my village... Hey, you. Whatcha doin' out here? I... I'm looking for my dolls. They're of my Mama and Papa. I love them... It's gonna be hard in the dark. Let me help you. Huh? Really...? 'Course. You look around here, and I'll start searching over there. Th-thank you... THAT'S where we first met. And if I know Chelsea, that's probably where she's headed right now! Sounds like ya better get movin'. (This is where we met, before fate brought us together again on that mountain.) About my family. When I was little, my parents and I left the woodland village we lived in and moved to a human town so they could work as apothecaries. "We can better the world by spreading sylvan knowledge." They always used to say that. I thought they were the coolest, chasing their dream so intently. I wanted to help however I could, so I worked in their store a lot. But the humans were not as supportive. They refused to accept us, and burned the shop to the ground. And my parents, they... They both... ...I getcha. I'm sorry. I was taken in by some relatives in my old village, but since I'd already left once, I was branded a traitor to sylvan kind. I was shunned, and people whispered behind my back. Eventually, I decided to leave again, this time for good. What point was there in staying? They couldn't understand my parents' dream, and they couldn't understand me, either. Chelsea... Living alone was hard. But then I met you, and my world suddenly became brighter. All thanks to what you said to me when you found Mama and Papa. Whoa, so you modeled these dolls on your folks, huh? You guys must be really close. Yes... I want to be just like them. They tried to use sylvan knowledge to better the world, but nobody understood their dream. Sounds like your folks and I would get along. Huh? I feel the same way about spreading sylvan knowledge—and my village was also pretty down on the idea. I think everyone could benefit from sharing their discoveries with each other. That way, we all grow together. So I think what your parents were trying to do was really cool! ...! Hearing that brought me back from the brink. I realized I wasn't alone. A Healing Heart

I had to prove to Chelsea that I wasn't the only one who had her back, so I gathered up everyone in the Halidom. ...Anyway, that's the plan. You guys up for helpin' out? We're with ya. And I'm sure we can find more people to join the cause. We'll send word to the sylvans in the woods. They're gonna come in DROVES! We shall ready the venue. It appears we will have quite a few guests. Thanks, gang! What are you up to, Luccy? Heh heh, it's a secret! But I promise you this: You're about to have a ton more friends. Luccy... A few days passed, and then I brought Chelsea to the courtyard. Wh-what's going on here? Just a little mixer. Humans and sylvans alike, breakin' bread and hangin' out. We rounded up some humans who wanted to know more about sylvan customs, and some sylvans who were happy to teach. So that's how y'all handle a bow, is it? Fascinatin'! The dyework here is incredible... I've never seen such unique colors! But you know, if you add mulberries to your dye, you can bring out even deeper shades. Is that so? Let's give it a try! They're all...getting along. And even LEARNING from each other! It's... Just like what your mom and dad were striving for, yeah? All of us at the Halidom have realized something, traveling around so much. There are lots of humans that wanna know more about sylvan practices. Waaay more than you'd think! And on the flipside, there's a ton of sylvans that wanna learn from humans, too. You just happened to be surrounded by a pretty insular crowd, I guess. They all look so happy... Just like Mama and Papa did. THERE you two are! DOUBLE BODY SLAM! Oof! Nya ha ha! That was a solid one! Jeez, take it easy! C'mon, it's just a friendly hello!
