Summary

A revived and fully powered Morsayati has begun killing dragons and spreading his evil across the world. Meanwhile, the prince and his allies attempt to stop the newest scheme of Prince Emile, who has started waging war using the ancient weapons known as androids.

Dialogue

Graaaaaagh! Hmph. A mere trifle. I expected far more resistance from a dragon. Still, if this is all that stands in my way, I will soon rid this world of their fell presence and claim it for myself!

This...this cannot be. What happened to the beautiful lake that used to be here? Dragons control the flow of mana—and mana, in turn, governs nature. When a dragon is slain, the land festers, waters cloud, and winds blow ill. Damn that Morsayati! He seeks to warp the very world itself! But as the Other travels the world slaying the very dragons that form its foundation, a conspicuously powerful army has begun its own incursion on this land.
