Buff Time Up

 Buff Time Up increases the duration of buffs from skills.

• Buff Time Up does NOT affect Buff Zones.
• In the case of Doublebuff effects, Buff Time is only factored into the duration if the original Defense buff caster had Buff Time. If the recipient has Buff Time, it is ignored.
