Skill Gauge Charge Up increases the user's skill gauges by a certain amount when a certain condition is met.
- This is NOT affected by Skill Haste.
- Skills that have a direct raw SP gain (not percentage) tied to them ARE affected by Skill Haste. The only skill that currently does this is Error: Table Adventurers not found.'sError: Table Skills not found.Mischief MakerLv. 1:Error: Table Skills not found.Expression error: Unexpected < operator.Expression error: Unexpected < operator.Expression error: Unexpected < operator. .
