Description

Fills 30% of the user's dragondrive gauge. If the user's HP is above 30% of max HP, reduces their HP to 30% of max HP and fills the dragondrive gauge by UTP equal to the amount of HP that was lost. If this skill is used during dragondrive, a variant called Renegade Shadowblaze will be used instead.
