HP Formula

This is the approximate formula to calculate the adventurer's HP stat. Some factors may not be accounted for. Values are rounded up after processing all non-buff HP, then processed again after buffs.

Variables

Variables are assuming Simplified View.

Variable	Description
Sum of Non-Ability HP	The total sum of HP, before any ability multipliers. In the Details window of an adventurer's information, found by clicking on the button, sum all non-Ability rows to get this value.
Sum of Ability HP Boosts	The total sum of ability-based HP boosts, in percentage. Dragons with abilities that grant an increase in HP, and the wyrmprint are part of this bracket. HP chain co-abilities also add to this bracket, but they do not show up in the details window. To calculate the true HP with HP chain co-abilities in play, at this point of the overall calculation, perform the following calculation: True HP = [Displayed HP / (1 + Sum of Ability HP Boosts Excluding HP Chain Co-Ability)] * (1 + Sum of Ability HP Boosts Including HP Chain Co-Ability)
Sum of HP Co-Abilities	This is the sum of the co-abilities that grant HP (not chain co-abilities). The HP co-ability is a common co-ability on lance-wielding adventurers. The HP & Defense co-ability is a unique co-ability, currently found only on . Sum the highest value of each unique co-ability listed above. For example, if a team has a 70MC , 40MC , and 50MC , the total sum of the HP co-ability would be 25% - Botan's sums with Chrom's , and Forte's is ignored since its value is lower than Botan's.
Sum of HP Buffs	HP buffs directly increase the percentage of HP after all other calculations, and is always based on the final HP reached on the previous step of the calculation (and hence, successive uses of HP buffs with the same magnitude will always raise the HP by the same amount). This value is capped at +30%.
