You can obtain the event currency from any active quests while the event is in progress. The amount of Ravishing Roses you can obtain differs between quests. The more stamina a quest expends, the more Ravishing Roses you will receive as an additional reward.

Use Ravishing Roses to unlock new event stories, and trade them for event rewards.
