The Japanese ingame help page reportedly revealed the following details mistakenly during an update:

- A limited time event whose stage composition changes with each quest.
- Players will be able to obtain event-exclusive materials to create event weapons.

About Illusory Medals

Kaleido Materials
- Event items exclusive to the Kaleido Labyrinth.
- Refers to the following items:
  - Kaleido Powder
  - Kaleido Piece
  - Kaleido Orb
  - Kaleido Core
- Obtainable in event quests, and tradable for items in the limited-time event shop.
- A week after the event ends, your currently held materials will be reset (lost).

Looking Glass

Interestingly, the obtain method text for the

Error: Table Materials not found.

material for Castle Stories has and still reads "Obtain these in the "Enter the Kaleidoscape" event" although the button to see the obtain method on tapping the item's icon is not enabled in game. As Looking Glasses are typically given out during seasonal facility events instead, it could well just be dummy text.

Rankings

Some ranking banners detailing first, second and third place have existed since the beginning of the game. However, in an unrelated interview at Machi Asobi 2018Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many^[1], Cygames stated that red MVP chests were taken out through Nintendo's decision. However, it should be noted that red host bags still exist for being a room host during raid events.
