Summoning location

Summoning is one of the key mechanics of Dragalia Lost. To obtain new Adventurers and Dragons, players are required to summon through the Summoning menu using Icon Wyrmite.png Wyrmite, Icon Diamantium.png Diamantium, or

s. Prior to Version Update 1.7.1, Wyrmprints were also obtained through summoning. Wyrmprints are now purchased in the Shop with Icon Resource Eldwater.png Eldwater.

Summoning Basics

Inside the Summon menu, players will be able to view active summon showcases that feature adventurers and dragons with a higher summoning rate than usual. Limited-time adventurers and dragons can only be summoned on their showcases, as well as revivals of their showcases, and in some cases, a new showcase that also features limited-time units. Non-limited units always have a chance to be summoned in the regular pool. All adventurers and dragons, with the exception of story adventurers, event welfare adventurers, high dragons, story dragons, void dragons, and event welfare dragons, are obtained via summoning.

In rare circumstances, limited-time adventurers may end up being released into the regular pool after a certain amount of time have passed, such as the case with

in the Ardent Admirers summon showcase, who all became permanent as of the Dulcet Delights summon showcase. It is also possible for non-limited-time adventurers and/or dragons to be introduced with a summon showcase that also introduces limited-time adventurers and/or dragons, such as the case with

Summoning Mechanics

Upon choosing a summon type and currency to spend, players are brought to an animated scene where a character summons a ray of light granting an item, which drops either a weapon, or cluster of crystals. If the item is silver, it is a 3 Icon Rarity 3.png rarity, if it is gold, it is a 4 Icon Rarity 4.png rarity, and if it is a rainbow, the item is a 5 Icon Rarity 5.png rarity. A weapon means the item is an adventurer that uses that weapon type, and a cluster of crystals means the item is a dragon.

Sometimes, the items may change color from gold to rainbow when it lands on the platforms. This means that the item is actually of a 5 Icon Rarity 5.png rarity.

Prior to Version Update 1.7.1, summoning could also drop a tablet of three different rarities/colors, meaning that the item was a Wyrmprint.

Rarity Distribution

The following are standard summon rates for a standard summon showcase that feature:

  • Two 5 Icon Rarity 5.png adventurers
  • One 5 Icon Rarity 5.png dragon
  • One 4 Icon Rarity 4.png adventurer or dragon, or two 4 Icon Rarity 4.png adventurers and/or dragons

Featured 5 Icon Rarity 5.png adventurers and dragons have a base summon rate of 0.50% and 0.80% respectively (1 in 200 and 1 in 125 summons). The individual rates for featured lower rarities vary depending on how many units of those rarities are in the featured pool.

If the summon showcase features 4 Icon Rarity 4.png adventurers and/or dragons, they split a fixed 7% rate.

  • If there's only one featured 4 Icon Rarity 4.png adventurer or dragon, the featured adventurer or dragon will have a 7% initial rate.
  • If there's two featured 4 Icon Rarity 4.png adventurers, two featured dragons, or one adventurer and one dragon, they'll split the 7% rate (3.5% each).
