Summary

The prince catches up to the Flamewyrm and offers to shapeshift to help her quiet the volcano's mana. But she wants no other dragons in her territory and challenges the prince to win a pact from her instead.

Flamewyrm: Do as I say, volcano! Heed your master!

Flamewyrm: Agh... At the very least, give those fool humans time to escape!

Euden: Flamewyrm, are you all right?

Flamewyrm: What?! Why have you come here?!

Euden: To help you, of course!

Euden: You're injured. You can't do this alone.

Flamewyrm: Do not tell me what I can or cannot do! I refuse your aid!

Cleo: Pride will heal neither those wounds nor this volcano.

Cleo: Stop pretending.

Flamewyrm: I will have you know, sylvan, that my power is not to be questioned!

Euden: Let me shapeshift and help you. Two dragons may be able to stop this.

Flamewyrm: Do not insult me!

Flamewyrm: I'd sooner you forge a pact with me than let another dragon lay hand on this mana.

Flamewyrm: I rule this domain. No one else!

Flamewyrm: The mana in the pactstone we form may be enough to quell the volcano's ire.

Euden: Fine, then! A pact!

Flamewyrm: Splendid! But I'm not that easy, Prince. If you want my power, you shall have to earn it.

Flamewyrm: First show me what power you have, THEN we may forge the pact!
