Summary
The Empire came to Melsa's village in order to capture its guardian dragon, Sylvia. Determined to free both the dragon and villagers, the prince and his friends proceed into the woods.
Dialogue
...Ah, here we are. I marked this tree as I came through. The next marker should be two hundred and seventeen paces west of here.
Having a skill like that would be great. You could leave your village and do incredible things all over the world!
I love it. There might not be much there, but it's quiet and peaceful and... home. We all live and work together like one big family. I love the days I spent there. I realize that now more than ever.
And I promise you that we will set it free.
There's a high danger of being struck by lightning near trees, so we should not tarry overlong in the woods.
Let's continue onward. There's no need to worry about this storm.
After explaining how the Empire came to her village and seized its guardian dragon, Melsa casts her eyes downward.
But no. I am ready. I MUST be. I will lead the way. This is... my duty. We're sure to encounter a great number of fiends soon, so everyone stay on your guard.
