Tier lists are always subjective in nature, so keep that in mind when evaluating them.

• Rating criteria will likely shift with the release of harder content and raids.

Rating definitions

• S+: Meta defining characters that perform more than one important role exceptionally well.
• S: Meta defining characters that perform one important role exceptionally well and another or more moderately well.
• A+: Very good characters that perform their role well and have few to no weaknesses.
• A: Characters with minor flaws that perform their role well.
• B+: Characters that can perform their role, but are overshadowed by those above them.
• B: Characters that are held back by poor skills or abilities, or are simply outclassed.
• C: Characters that cannot perform their role well, fill a niche that is not required, or are outclassed by units in the B tier.
• D: Characters with serious problems.
• Unranked: Recently released characters that haven't been ranked.

Criteria:

• Adventurers are assumed to be promoted to 5 and to have all unlocked mana circles.
• Adventurers are assumed to have an optimal dragon equipped.
• Adventurers are assumed to have access to a 5 weapon.
• Adventurers are compared within their own element first before being compared to Adventurers in other elements.
• Adventurers are assumed to be controlled by the player, AI is not taken into consideration.
• The content considered are Master Dragon Trials, Master Imperial Onslaughts, Void Battles, Raid Events, Facility Events, The Mercurial Gauntlet, Astral Raids, High Midgardsormr's Trial, High Brunhilda's Trial, High Mercury's Trial, and High Jupiter's Trial.

Adventurer	Tier Change	Description
	Unranked -> S	Delphi’s kit is highly unusual, but effective. His poisons are about ten times as powerful as most poisons, so he should equip a Force Strike damage wyrmprint to increase the damage of the force strike poisons applied by his Poisonous Cage passive. Since his Poisonous Cage passive reduces his own strength by 60%, Delphi functions far better with strength dragons that get his strength back up to baseline value, as opposed to the commonly used Shinobi. Delphi is a great pick in Mercurial Gauntlet and High Jupiter’s Trial, as both bosses have a 0% resistance to poison, and his automatically charging skills continue to charge even when he’s forced to fully disengage from High Jupiter to deal with fight mechanics.
	Unranked -> A+	Cassandra’s kit is highly specialized for High Jupiter’s Trial, which would be very notable if she wasn’t painfully overshadowed by Gala Cleo. Cassandra’s S2 is a great tool with which to counter unavoidable hits, and she gains permanent strength buffs when knocked to low health up to three times a fight, which is achievable naturally while fighting High Jupiter. Cassandra won’t easily reach her maximum potential in other types of content, so she’s best utilized in High Jupiter’s Trial if Gala Cleo isn’t available.
	Unranked -> A	Patia outputs frequent defense buffs with her S1, and has a strong bleed skill to boot. Her damage output isn’t high since she lacks a quickly charging attack skill, but she’s able to deal some damage while also acting as a defensive support. Patia and her teammates function best with a Healing Doublebuff print such as Odd Sparrows, allowing her to serve as a form of healer, which gives her a viable niche in High Jupiter’s Trial.
	A -> A+	The release of An Ancient Oath has made Xainfried stand out as a premier choice for raid-style content. Previously, the only wyrmprint featuring Dragon Claws was highly geared towards sword adventurers, but An Ancient Oath fixes Xainfried’s struggles with print selection and finally gives him an edge over Xander when it comes to choosing a frontliner to shapeshift with for raids.
	C -> A	The release of Odd Sparrows has finally given Ryozen a real playable niche as a defensive support unit, since his frequent defense buffs can now trigger a Healing Doublebuff effect on his teammates who have the print equipped. While he doesn’t have the healing to match a dedicated healer, he is able to outdamage them, and he’s free to equip a strength dragon instead of a healer’s HP dragon as his teammates’ healing from Odd Sparrows doesn’t scale with Ryozen’s health. Ryozen is viable for High Zodiark’s Trial in specific compositions, but he’ll need additional team support to ensure everyone survives. He pairs well with Gala Prince, who can dragon tank a marker early on in the fight if Ryozen hasn’t gotten his own dragon meter charged up.
