In total, a week includes one favored day of 3800 EXP, two favored days/weekends of 4000 EXP, and four unfavored days of 2000 EXP each, assuming the unfavored item is not used on a non matching dragon, or 3200 EXP each otherwise. Following this format, an average week gives a total EXP of 19,800 EXP if targeted, or 24,600 EXP otherwise.
