This quest will have you testing your strength against waves of enemies.
The more waves you clear, the more rewards you earn. If you fail to reach the last wave, you will still receive rewards for the ones you did clear.
Four, increasingly hard, waves of enemies, followed by a fifth boss wave. If you fall in battle or time runs out, it will still complete, but with lesser rewards than defeating the boss wave before time runs out.
