Facilities

Proposals
- Rearrange sections on the main page.
- Latest events can get too big, either tab separately ongoing and upcoming or fix its height and make it scrollable.
- Consider giving the Latest events section more horizontal space than the New content section (66-33 ratio?).
- Try to make the height of the sections in the bottom half as similar as possible.
- Either cut some stuff from recurring content altogether (definitively Astral raids since it's in the event section, maybe the void/MG resets as well), add tabs or make it scrollable.
- Add the Gamepedia Gacha Network template to the bottom of the main page ({{:gphelp:Template:Gacha Nav}})
