Issues

Regarding "Account Error" Issue

• An issue affected certain players between the end of the maintenance started at November 28, 2019 5:00 UTC, and 5:56 UTC, November 28, 2019, where an "Account Error" message was being displayed and prevented these players from logging in.
• This issue has now been resolved.
• The following items were sent to all affected players:

Issue Regarding Gala Cleo's Force Strike

• An issue was confirmed in version 1.14.0 where Gala Cleo's force strike target area gets aimed at an enemy instead of herself under certain circumstances.
• This issue was resolved in the data update applied at November 29, 2019 12:00 UTC.
• The below issues which were occurring since the release of version 1.14.0 were also fixed.
  • The time between launching a regular attack with a wand and actually hitting the enemy with it was longer than expected.
  • There were some instances where the fifth successive regular attack with a wand would not fill the skill gauge as much as expected.
• A gift of 300 Wyrmite was sent to all players who started playing before November 29, 2019 12:00 UTC.
• This gift can be claimed from the goodie box for up to 7 days after reception.

Fixed Issues

• If the player's alliance is disbanded and the player has not claimed the check-in reward yet, the exclamation mark displayed over the Alliance button on the Home page does not disappear.
  • Note: If this issue occurs, the player can resolve it by tapping the Alliance button once and then moving from the Home page to another screen.
• While under the effects of a continuous HP recovery buff, adventurers who inflict enemies with afflictions via normal attacks also suffer those afflictions themselves.
• When playing High Midgardsormr's Trial in co-op and one of the tornadoes produced by High Midgardsormr's attacks hit an adventurer, the tornado disappeared, but only on the device of the player who got hit.
