Summary

The cries for help came from Pele the dragon, who tells the prince both about Phraeganoth—a massive fiend trapped between worlds—and the one-eyed fiend attempting to release him. They then set out to prevent his resurrection and save their world.

Oh no! They're attacking that dragon! HAAAAAH! He took 'em all out with a single hit!

Maybe there is somethin' to all this crazy trainin' after all.

Nngh... *gasp* Aah... Her wounds are quite deep...

Groooooooaaaaaaarrrggggh! It's him! Alba fell to Phraeganoth, consumed in but a single night.

The king and I fought to avenge our fallen people, and finally managed to seal our enemy in the space between worlds. Yet the cost I paid was dear, for I was trapped alongside him.

But yer here now, which means... Yes. After a millennium of imprisonment,

a tear opened in the space between worlds, and I was freed. But the black mana that emanates from Phraeganoth now begins to flood this realm once again.

I've heard of this black mana.

Its tainted nature calls fiends to it. In high concentrations, it can even disrupt the rightful flow of mana and cause fearsome natural disasters.

More than black mana has come through the tear, I'm afraid—the one-eyed fiend is also here.

It seeks to widen the tear from the outside, so as to fashion a proper exit.

Wait, so it wants to free Phraeganoth?

But if it does that—

All the world will perish.
