I think it would be a good idea to a separate tier list for 4* units only, since the rates for 5* characters are fairly low in this game. There's a good number of decent 4* units available, and it could help new players who've had bad luck with their pulls find something among their character roster to work with for the time being.[[User:Guymanbrodude|Guymanbrodude]] ([[User talk:Guymanbrodude|talk]]) 20:10, 4 October 2018 (UTC)

For the recent Dragonyule event (12/16/2018 to 12/26/2018) Cibella is quite solid as a lead for the "Season's Beatings" battle (which is not co-opable). When promoted to 4 star and given a skill haste wyrmprint and skill haste teammate, Cibella's shield is up quite often which is very helpful for protecting teammates and especially for having readily accessible iframes.
